At Source Hypnotherapy, I offer customised hypnosis sessions, online and in person, to give you the tools you need to transform your life. As a registered Hypnotherapist, practising since 2020, you can expect the highest standards in care. Hypnosis can be coupled with Reiki during in-person appointments, and is offered in tandem with talking therapy (CBT or Spiritual Counselling) for a holistic wellbeing experience. Additionally, meditation and craft can very much contribute to the healing process, so are offered in bespoke individual sessions.
