Whether new to meditation or wishing to expand in your practice, this session will be tailored to your individual needs. There will be a discussion around thoughts and focus, as well as on Breathwork, Intention, Purpose, Nature, Brainwaves and Posture. Following this, there will be a guided meditation upon a theme that you're drawn to. Practice is key, as in many things, so you will also be given guidance on how to continue to develop your skills and expand into your own meditation activities after the session.
