Meditation
Meditation is a reflective practice, synonymous with contemplation, designed to strengthen the body-mind, bring clarity of thought and, ultimately, awareness and peace within the self of the practitioner.
Finding the right form of meditation is personal, although below are some ways I can help you to transfer the focus inside.
Individual Session
Online or in person, we can work on the following aspects of meditation together:

Your lifestyle and preference are also important, so the session will be developed around a style of meditation to suit you.
Alternatively, book a Craft Workshop for wellbeiing, which touches upon meditation and mindfulness, although is predominantly a beginner's craft lesson for relaxation, focus and clarity of mind.
